Peptitans – Shipping Policy

At Peptitans, we strive to deliver high-quality peptide products quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship orders, as well as what to do if your order arrives damaged.

 

  • Processing Time

    • All orders placed before 5:00 PM (local time) are processed and prepared for shipment on the next business day.

    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    • Peptitans ships orders using trusted carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the customer’s location.

    • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • Shipping Rates

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

  • Damaged or Broken Items

    • We take great care in packaging our products, but if any item arrives damaged, broken, or otherwise compromised, we will.

      • Reship the affected item(s) at no additional cost, and

      • Work with you to ensure a quick and satisfactory resolution.

      • To request a reshipment, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

        • Your order number

        • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

        • A brief description of the issue

 

  • Incorrect or Missing Items

    • If your shipment is missing items or contains incorrect products, please notify us within 7 days so we can correct the issue promptly.

 

  • Lost Packages

    • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. When appropriate, we will issue a replacement shipment.
