Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of peptide products, we generally cannot accept returns once items have been shipped and delivered. However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or otherwise unusable, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
To request a refund for damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

Photos of the damaged product and packaging

A brief description of the issue
We will review the claim and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

2. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item(s), or if part of your order is missing, please notify us within 7 days.
We will offer a refund or ship the correct item(s) promptly.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds cannot be issued for:

Opened or used products

Products returned without prior approval

Orders reported after the 7-day window

Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
Processing Refunds
Once your claim is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
Since Peptitans processes orders on the next business day, cancellation requests must be made promptly by contacting our support team.
